No. All claim records, evidence, and approval decisions are stored in your Dataverse instance. The AI extraction endpoint receives text in transit and is stateless — it does not store, log, or retain any fund data. A full data processing agreement is provided before the pilot starts.
Everything stays in your tenant. If you choose not to continue, you keep the taxonomy configuration, the audit records, and the audit pack — they are yours. There is no lock-in and no data deletion. We do not take anything back.
No. Dollarbaz is governance tooling — it automates the workflow of organising, evidencing, and approving claims. It does not assess whether claims are legally compliant, and it does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Your compliance counsel should review outputs.
The pilot is fixed-fee, scoped in the discovery call. Pricing depends on the number of pilot funds, the complexity of your taxonomy, and the level of customisation required. We do not publish list prices because a generic number is rarely meaningful — the discovery call takes 30 minutes and produces an exact number.
The day-30 KPI report includes a conversion proposal for an annual subscription. Pricing scales by fund count and named user seats. The pilot configuration becomes the production configuration — there is no migration or reinstallation.
